All Eyes Are on Infinity Shore Club Residences

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most inspiring real estate pros who have succeeded in bringing the Infinity Shore Club Residences to life on the sought-after shores of Alki Beach. Today, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible development that now stands where this project broke ground in 2020.

The luxurious and ultra-sleek six-story building encompasses more than 102,000 square feet across a two-story lobby, 37 units, 3,000 square feet of clubhouse space, an infinity pool, and green space on the roof. You won’t know where your unit ends and the beach begins!

There is truly so much I admire about this development but Moira Holley, co-founder of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, summed it up best:

There’s simply nothing that compares to Infinity Shore Club. This is uncharted territory for West Seattle and even more broadly the region in terms of high-end waterfront properties in Seattle, Bellevue and Kirkland. This is effectively a horizontal high-rise that will deliver penthouse quality on every level. This has taken a quarter century to assemble the land and create the residences for the fortunate few that will call it home. It could easily take another quarter century to see a similar offering.

In keeping with – and surpassing – sustainability standards as we charge ahead into 2023, Infinity Shore Club Residences is “…the first condominium development in the greater Seattle area that…has electronic vehicle charging available for every residential unit,” according to Scott Flood, Vice President of Valley Electric, the electrical contractor for ISCR. “It takes a lot of pre-planning early on with the utility company and general contractor to even make it possible. It’s rare and impressive to see Infinity’s commitment to long-term sustainability.”

Historically, widespread electronic vehicle charging stations have not been available in multifamily buildings because of the initial high-cost investment and logistics. By partnering with EverCharge, which utilizes patented SmartPower technology, ISCR can support more vehicles than traditional charging stations by intelligently allocating power based on demand.

Built with high-quality concrete-and-steel construction that rivals the most premium high rises today, residents can rest assured that each luxurious home at ISCR has been built to be lived in and enjoyed for generations to come.

This first-of-its-kind development began welcoming residents last month (January 2023) and I am truly thrilled that so many of us – from the developers, designers, and brokers, to current/future residents and nearby locals – are now able to enjoy this crowning achievement on Alki Beach.
